Upstairs in our house there is a Kingsize Bedroom, a Double (twin beds) Bedroom, a Single Bedroom and a family bathroom with large bath & separate shower. In the Main Kingsize Bedroom there is also a Vanity Basin Unit.

Grafton sleeps a maximum of 5 persons.

Downstairs there is a Cloakroom with WC & basin, a Lounge area which seats 6 and Dining area which seats 5 people. There is a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & fridge/freezer.

Outside there is a walled patio rear garden with seating, table & umbrella.
